Keeping You Informed

  • You will receive monthly call report with requests and comments for you to action.
  • All rate requests received by LI will be handled within 24 hours
  • You will become part of a network in which information is shared, i.e. websites to join, special rates to offer etc.
  • After each show, exhibition or meeting opportunity, we will forward you the list of contacts made / met
  • The marketing director is always available should you have any questions or if you need any assistance when making decisions that you need assistance with
  • A regular visit will be done to your property to make sure that we stay informed as to any changes or new selling points that you might have added to your product.

Group Fees

Once the hotel has confirmed the services required an appropriate fee will be negotiated with the hotel. The fee will include:

1. PR and Marketing as per above points
2. Local representation, within South Africa
3. Contracting
4. Reporting

Other expenses regarding travel arrangements (i.e. air tickets, accommodation and meals while traveling) will be charged separately. Any costs involved at workshops, travel exhibitions and specific hotel events will also be charged accordingly. All these extra costs will be approved by the hotel before the events take place.

An incentive will be introduced to encourage performance, as follows:
Based on the Targeted Budget for the South African market has been established and the services required agreed upon an appropriate fee will be agreed on. Once the Budget has been made then fees will increase accordingly.
